潘梦阳，hy5902海洋之神长聘副教授，博士生导师。上海大学金融学学士，美国爱荷华州立大学MBA硕士，美国俄亥俄州立大学管理学博士。潘梦阳长期从事于创新管理和中小企业管理研究，相关成果发表在Production and Operations Management、International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Economics、Journal of Business Research、International Journal of Logistics Management等知名学术期刊。
Mengyang Pan is Associate Professor at Research Institute of Economics and Management, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China. She received her Ph.D. in the field of management science at Fisher School of Business in The Ohio State University, and MBA with specialization in supply chain management from Iowa State University. Her research interests include innovation and project management, small/minority business management, and operations management in healthcare settings. Her research on these topics has been published in journals such as Production and Operations Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Business Research, The International Journal of Logistics Management.
